Are you on NCADC mailing list?

Are you a member of NCADC? Would you like to join?

If you choose to join NCADC (free of charge): You will be able to attend and vote at our Annual General Meetings, and can stand for a position on the management committee.

If you choose not to join: You can join NCADC's mailing list, up to date news on all issues relating to Anti-deportation/immigration/migration/legal updates and lots more.

Information for Members of NCADC:

(i) Membership is open to all individuals and organisations which support our aims and objectives.**

(ii) While membership is free, you should know that we are a company limited by guarantee. This means that you might be required to pay a maximum of £1.00 in total if we ever had to close without enough money to pay our debts.

(iii) We keep the register of members at our Head Office. While they are open to inspection by the authority which is responsible for ensuring that organisations such as ours are properly run, information about addresses will not be made public.

(iv) Members will be invited to attend the NCADC Annual General Meeting, and will be able to vote there, including having the right to exercise a vote by proxy.

(v) Members will be able to apply to join the management committee of NCADC.

(vi) Members will periodically be invited to re-confirm membership and details, in order to remain on the register.

**Aims and Objectives of the NCADC:

(i) To educate the public on anti-deportation issues.

(ii) To give advice and support to all individual campaigns which seek assistance.

(iii) To lobby to amend law and practice which lead to unjust or inhuman deportation and assist in mounting effective campaigns against such deportations.
