Anti-Deportation advice from NCADC

If you or someone you know is facing removal from the UK, then NCADC might be able to provide practical advice on trying to stop a flight or launch a public campaign to stay.

4. Home Office documents:

Very Important: If the asylum claim has been refused, NCADC need to see:

1) a copy of the Home Office 'Reasons for Refusal Letter' also called the 'determination', this is the document refusing asylum and giving the Home Office reasons for refusal.

2) The document Immigration Factual Summary, sometimes called form ICD.2599. This is the document listing all the dates of your immigration history - date of claim, date of refusal, date of appeal, date of detention and so on.
