What will your donation pay for?
NCADC currently employs two full time workers and a small team of unpaid volunteers, working to support campaigns for migration justice across the UK. A major focus of our work is the publication and distribution of our Campaigning Toolkit, and the training and support of local groups in the use of it.
Your donation can help us to:
Provide advice and information to people facing deportation
Provide assistance to local support groups
Publish our Campaigning Toolkit and online resources
Deliver training and support to campaigning groups
Why is campaigning necessary?
The circumstances facing refugees, migrants, and asylum seekers throughout Europe are more restrictive and dangerous than ever. At the same time, there are more reasons than ever forcing people to flee their homelands, and make lives in the UK.
Migrants are routinely denied the right of entry, sanctuary or settlement. They are frequently denied access to justice by poor decision-making, lack of legal representation and a culture of cynicism and disbelief in the legal system.
NCADC is a unique organisation, the only national organisation supporting people to campaign for their right to stay in the UK. We support campaigns for the right to remain, against deportations, and we work to raise awareness of wider injustices in the asylum and immigration systems. You can read more about our work here.
